Lunaverar offers celestial-inspired jewelry and small gift accessories for everyday wear, storage and gifting.

We aim to provide clear product information and practical support before and after your purchase.

Materials and Product Details

Our current jewelry collection is described as 18K gold-plated stainless steel with a polished gold-tone finish. These pieces are gold-plated, not solid gold.

Fabric accessories have their own materials and care requirements. Please review each product page for the item's dimensions, material, finish and care instructions.

Colors may appear different because of lighting and screen settings. Natural material variation and normal manufacturing tolerances may also affect appearance. These variations do not excuse an item that is materially different from its description.

Caring for Your Purchase

Plated finishes can wear over time depending on use, storage, skin chemistry and exposure to moisture or chemicals.

Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising or applying fragrance and cosmetics. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store separately.

For the jewelry pouch, spot clean only, air dry flat, and do not bleach or iron.

If Something Is Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number, a description and photographs where possible. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

The suggested 7-day reporting period helps us investigate and does not automatically remove your rights if you contact us later.

We review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund. We cover any required return shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We provide a free prepaid return label or another free approved return method. Returns are sent to our company address in the United States.

We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days after receiving them. For approved returns, we initiate the refund within 7 business days after inspection approval.

Opened earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene and safety reasons. This restriction does not apply to defective, damaged or incorrect items, or limit rights required by law.

This page does not create an additional fixed-term warranty or remove any rights available under applicable law.

Normal wear does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect, but we assess reported problems according to the facts and your applicable rights.
