If we confirm a quality or fulfillment issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

This promise covers confirmed defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items. It does not cover normal wear, finish changes caused by exposure to water or chemicals, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or damage resulting from care outside the provided instructions.
